This Privacy Policy explains how Campos Marketing Agency LLC ("Campos Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit camposmarketing.com, request a free spec ad, or communicate with us by phone, email or text message.

Information you give us

• Your name, business name, phone number and email address.
• Your business website or social media profile.
• Photos, videos and other content you send us so we can make your ad.
• Anything you write to us by email, text message, direct message or phone.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including tools from our website platform and advertising partners such as Meta, to keep the site working and to measure how our ads perform. How we use your information

• To respond to your spec ad request and to make your free sample ad.
• To contact you about your request, our services, scheduling and projects.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see "Text messaging" below).
• To provide, run and improve our services and website.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a consent box on our form, or otherwise agree to receive text messages, we will text you at the number you provided. There are two separate, optional consents:

• Non-marketing messages: updates about your spec ad request, scheduling, replies to your questions and other account or project messages.
• Marketing messages: offers, tips and updates about our services. You only receive these if you check that separate box.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Full details are in the SMS Terms section of our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and CRM platform, email and text messaging providers, and video and file storage, and only so they can provide those services to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Your content and spec ads

Spec ads we make from your photos and videos are sent to you privately. We do not publish your content, your spec ad or your business's name in our own marketing without your permission.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we are working with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
