These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to camposmarketing.com and to the services of Campos Marketing Agency LLC ("Campos Marketing," "we," "us"). By using the website, requesting a spec ad or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We write, film and edit video ads for contractors and home service businesses. Paid projects are covered by a separate written agreement or quote, which governs if it conflicts with these Terms.
Free spec ads
- A spec ad is a free sample ad we make from photos and videos you have already posted or send us. There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
- We send spec ads to you privately. You may keep, use or ignore your spec ad.
- We make spec ads at our discretion and do not promise a delivery date.
No guaranteed results
We make ads designed to perform, but we do not promise any number of leads, calls, sales or other results. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, budget, market and the advertising platforms.
Your content
When you send us photos, videos, logos or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including permission from anyone who appears in it. You give us permission to use that material to make your spec ad and, if you hire us, your ads. We do not publish your content in our own marketing without your permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website, submit false information, or try to interfere with how the site works.
Text messaging program (SMS Terms)
Program: Campos Marketing text messages, sent by Campos Marketing Agency LLC.
What you'll receive: if you opt in to non-marketing messages, texts about your spec ad request, scheduling, replies to your questions and project updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive offers, tips and updates about our services.
How you opt in: by checking the consent box or boxes on our form, or by texting us first. Both consents are optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT also work). We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers. You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Disclaimers
The website and our free spec ads are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Campos Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our free services. Our total liability for any claim related to the free services will not exceed $100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
